Quality control is a term that’s bandied around a lot but take it for granted and you may end up with a product that doesn’t deliver or even worse.In most cases it involves the right people with the right amount of time.

You need qualified staff who know what to look for with sufficient time to find any fault before it leaves the factory.

It may appear simple but a video brochure contains complex components operating in tight spaces necessitating the highest level of quality control. Even before assembly every individual part is checked and re-checked. Lithium batteries are run flat then re-charged fully to ensure a pure charge. Screens are put through a rigorous series of tests to determine pixel consistency and unwanted artefact presence and it doesn’t end on the factory floor.

Before delivery, every brochure is examined for print quality and all aspects of functionality.
